More Tahoe

Dad took this picture for Josh. In Fernley, NV, we actually paid less than $4.00 for gas.

This guy at the beach has a very strange haircut. Maybe Riley and Trace would like to try something new??

Dad thinks he looks like a kid on the first day of school, backpack and all.

This is Kings Beach. You can go out at least 300 feet before the water is up to your waist.

Also on Kings Beach-it was pretty windy when we were there, and there was a guy that was using a parachute/kite contraption to ski along the water. When he changed directions the kite would take him up out of the water. (I put a circle around him so you could see where he is) It was really fun to watch.

This is a video of him skiing on the water. I put a still photo at the beginning so you could see where he is on the water, then the video of him riding along. Towards the end of the video he flies up out of the water, so watch close.

We really enjoyed watching. Dad thought it would be a lot of fun to try.

But how could he try it? We didn't have skiis, or a kite. Hmmm, there MUST be a way....

Tada! This man is ALWAYS thinking!

A shame he didn't even get off the ground.....

Awesome pics! I want to know how that guy gets back to shore when he decides he's done, or doese the wind get to decide? Oh and i'm surprised dad didn't get off the ground! He probably just needed some superglue and ducktape :)
